Ipheion seems to be on track for the fillies' Classics after emerging victorious in a four-way challenge for the G3 Fairy Stakes at Nakayama Racecourse. Ridden by Atsuya Nishimura, she finished a neck ahead of Mask All Win in second whilst Love Squall came home in third, a neck behind Mask All Win. The winning time was 1:34.0.

Ipheion is a daughter of Epiphaneia out of Ichiokuno Hoshi, by Zenno Rob Roy. It was a second consecutive victory for the three-year-old filly, and a first graded stakes title after she broke her maiden at her last appearance.
