Last year's Golden Eagle winner Obamburumai will be returning to Australia to run in the G1 Doncaster Mile at Randwick Racecourse in Australia.

Trainer Keiji Yoshimura commented, "I have asked Joshua Parr to ride as Yutaka Take will not have enough time to travel after the G1 Oka Sho. After the Doncaster Mile, we will see if we will run in the G1 Champions Mile in Hong Kong."

He is now preparing for his return to the training centre at Daisen Hills, and his trainer added, "There was no harm from his last race and he is on track. I went to the pasture farm and checked up on him. He is full of energy and has grown more. I think he will return at the beginning of February."
