Masked Diva executed a flawless start, allaying previous concerns, and maintained a perfect position, tracking closely in fourth. As they entered the final stretch, the pair surged powerfully from the pack with exceptional ease, holding off a fierce challenge from the fourth favourite, Umbrail by half a length. Moryana, the third favourite, secured third place. The winning time was 1:33.0.

Moreira commented, "We got off to a good start and managed to secure a good position. Although there were moments where Masked Diva didn't run entirely straight, she's a horse with tremendous ability. It was a fantastic win." Securing victory on the first day of his short-term license, he immediately clinched a graded stakes win. "It feels great to be able to win in the end," he added with excitement.
