The highly anticipated Wootton Bassett colt, Jack O Damo (2yo colt), will make his debut on Saturday in Race 5 at Chukyo Racecourse, a 2000-meter turf race. This high-priced colt was purchased for 1 million Euros (approximately 160 million JPY) at the 2023 Arqana Sale.

Having been trained primarily on the slope course, groom Fukuoka is optimistic about his potential, stating, "His breathing is better than other horses, and he seems to have high cardiovascular ability. Even after intense training, he remains physically and mentally healthy." Although his sire's progeny have limited success in Japan so far, Jack O Damo is part of a promising group of 2-year-olds, leading the charge for his generation.
