Fifth favourite Arma Veloce surged from mid-pack with a powerful late kick on the far outside to secure her first G1 victory in the Hanshin Juvenile Fillies. Ridden by Mirai Iwata, the filly claimed the race in 1:33.4, marking Iwata's first-ever JRA G1 win. Eighth favourite Vip Daisy finished second, while seventh favourite Teleos La La claimed third place.

At the wire, Iwata thrust his right fist into the air in a celebratory gesture, saying, "I'm truly relieved. I've endured so many frustrating moments, but I'm so happy to finally win a G1 here."

Although this was their first time partnering in a race, Iwata had ridden Arma Veloce in her training sessions, building a strong rapport. "She gave me a good feel during her work last week, and hearing positive feedback about her final track work boosted my confidence. I believe she'll be even better next year," he remarked, looking forward to her continued development.

This victory came in Iwata's 61st attempt at a JRA G1 title. Reflecting on the milestone, he said, "It's taken a long time, but I finally got here. I aim to succeed both domestically and internationally in the future."
