Equinox and Do Deuce both showed their readiness for the G1 Tenno Sho (Autumn) during their final workouts before the weekend's feature race.

It seems Do Deuce is 100% back from the setback after his appearance in the G1 Dubai Turf, and trainer Tomomichi also suggests he is back to his best condition. "I didn't tell Yutaka (Take) to go fast but the horse went fast. I really think that he is in a good condition." Jockey Yutaka Take added, "I really liked his work. He moved well and his body was ready for the race. I was also surprised by the amount of muscle he gained during his time at pasture. He is a different horse now, in a good way."

Take also expressed the excitement ahead of the Emperor's visit to the Tenno Sho. This will be the first royal visit in the new Reiwa era and Take is ready to take the spotlight.
