Yutaka Take guided Sweep Feet to win the G2 Fillies'Classic Trial, the Tulip Sho at Hanshin Racecourse. Sekitoba East could not hold the challenge made by Sweep Feet and finished second one, and-a-quarter lengths behind the winner. Hawaiian Tiare came home in the third, a half-length behind Sekitoba East, and pre-race favourite Tagano Elpida finished fourth. The winning time was 1:33.1 seconds.

Sweep Feet is a daughter of Suave Richard out of Bijou Tosho, by Deep Sky. This is her first graded stakes title and with it she won a spot in the G1 Japanese 1000 Guineas as well as two other top finishers.
